Mission

The mission of the CRM is to build and maintain relationships and create awareness with customers to enable a successful Marketing Seminar.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales and customer relationship building functions of the Seminar
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships
  • Develop segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies
  • Develop profile of primary and secondary target market
  • Maintain a database of customers
  • Develop systems to manage customer complaints, queries, feedback, etc.
  • Ensure that customers receive value and are satisfied at all times
  • Develop customer loyalty and retention strategies
  • Determine the pricing of tickets for events along with the Finance committee (advise about sales promotional strategies)
